Firestone Complete Auto Care

My service advisor was very thorough and detailed explaining the issues with my car. I came in with an ABS issue and the diagnostic was able to reveal inherent problems. Very professional staff and upfront with pricing. They were very patient with me which is a breath of fresh air. Recommended for your car issues.

The service from Quad, Nick, and Leo was fast, friendly, and professional. I thought the wait would be long because the waiting room was full, but they were getting people in and out quickly. Quad multitasks well and is very organized. The roadside hazard warranty was honored with no issues even though purchased in a different city. It is definitely worth purchasing.

The Firestone is an amazing car shop. I’ve been going to Firestone ever since 2019. And it’s the best car shop. They really do live by their motto they really do keep my vehicle running newer and longer. And also they really do get me back on the road as well. Plus the staff are very friendly and sweet, and the service is beyond outstanding. Today on 5/27/26 I was originally going in to get my tires patched up but they found out all my 4 tires needed to be replaced. And I’m glad they did. I highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care for all your car service needs. They really do incredible service to my vehicle. If you go to Firestone, whatever service you need, they will definitely do a wonderful job doing it for you and getting you back on the road.

Absolutely 5 stars! The service was impeccable from start to finish. The team was very attentive, professional, and got me in and out quickly while solving my issue efficiently. I really appreciated how careful and detail-oriented they were. Special thanks to Gino Borrero — he went above and beyond! Highly recommend, and I will definitely be coming back.

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The staff was professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way I could understand. The service was quick and efficient, and I felt like they genuinely cared about doing a good job rather than just rushing through it. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but this location definitely earned my confidence. I’ll be coming back for future services and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto care.
